The service department is the best. Jason B and Dave always conduct themselves with highest professionalism, courtesy and patience. They both go above and beyond what is standard. Infiniti of Syracuse is lucky to have as their employees.
My experience at Lowery Bros has been and continues to be top rated. The attention to detail and prompt service is always appreciated.
We brought our car in to have the cruise control repaired. They told us they looked at it and basically it was user error. My husband brought it back the next week. Someone actually looked at it and it was indeed broken. Knowing we were leaving for Florida for the winter they wouldn't get our car in for the repair in time to leave. We will never take our car to this dealership again!!
There is no better place to go to get a new car or get your current car serviced. They treat you like family!
