Customer service is good….the priceson service and parts is not good at all. I regret buying my Infiniti.

I only get my 2023 Infiniti qx60 serviced at Infiniti of South Atlanta!!! Neshon is my service advisor and she is always making sure that I am not overpaying for things I don’t need, and making sure I keep my car updated so there aren’t any crazy surprises!!! Love her soo much because of how much she loves her job!!! Thank you Neshon!!!! Also shout out to Andre Goolsby who introduced me to an Infiniti in 2016 and I have been hooked ever since he made that introduction!!!
