I purchased a 2025 QX80 Autograph last year and I was told when I purchased it that I would receive white glove valet service whenever my vehicle needed service. This means they will pick my vehicle up at my house and leave me a vehicle to use while mine was being serviced until mine was returned. Neshon provides excellent customer service and is very informative and helpful. She is the only service person I use.
I had some electrical work completed and the Service Rep Cortez was outstanding he took The time to explain the entire process, even though I don’t speak mechanics, but he did a great job with that. He ensure that I was able to get this covered under the warranty vehicle was completed on time. Great service because of the their Service Rep Cortez!
