RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience picking out my Infiniti. Our sales rep, Coop, was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to get us in the perfect car on the first try. Simo in finance walked us through everything and was thorough and quick. Everyone on the team was excellent, including the GM Brett who made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Tampa- They even have a Kahwa inside! One of the best car dealership experiences my husband and I have ever had.

I bought Infinity QX 60 last year and their service was excellent. I thank Mike for that. I went to buy another car (QX 50) for my cousin last week and they told us to come back the next day at 5pm to complete the purchase because they already run credit check and agreed on the price. Deceptive practices!!! I went there to buy a car for my wife's christmas present last weekend and we were greeted by a salesman who spoke with an accent. He showed us the car we wanted and we loved it. I was already pre-approved from my bank but I told him I would give Infiniti a chance to earn the financing. Horrible service! Wanted to charge me $3000 for a repair they said my car needed. Replace the TCU?? Couldn't even explain it to me. So I took my car to Infiniti of South Atlanta and they fixed the issue by just doing a hard restart. They were amazing. I will never take my car back to Infiniti of Gwinnett.
