The service advisors, especially Katie, are extremely nice and welcoming. However I brought my car in for a tire replacement and the paperwork came back that my car inspection was good. I brought my car back a month later for an oil change and inspection and all of a sudden I need both front and back brakes, and a new water pump. How does that happen within 1 month of being there? 24k miles on the car and I didn’t drive across the country within one month of last being there. thanks TJ for the quick service (oil change) & NY State inspection and fitting me in before the end of the week as I am booked up next week with Thanksgiving Family coming back home. Also thanks for picking up that I had the oil change package with my car and needed to rotate my tires too. I was in an out in less than an hour before I could treat myself to your coffee and mini bagels but enable me to run numerous errands my wife need for Thanksgiving items...Thanks again and have a great Thanksgiving holiday....

My first time in for service and inspection after they were sold and bought by Tantello Group. No one to greet you or help you. They were awful compared to the previous competition infiniti where they greeted you with black tie and made you feel special and they wanted your business. I cannot believe that this is owned by Tantello Group who leave a lot to be desired. Utter chaos this morning. In for an early bird service on Saturday 7:30 AM. Received numerous reminders to be there on time. No notification that the dealership had moved a mile away and GPS still direct to the old location. However, arrived at 7:30 to find a long line of cars waiting outside the closed service entrance. After 15 minutes of waiting. I called the service. Found out they were really behind and short staffed and did not know when my 730 appointment for a simple oil change would take place.
