Very happy with the level and quality of service here. They communicated every step of the way and even offered a creative , no cost, solution to a problem. They had the car delivered to our home once service was complete, at no cost. We will definitely be going back.

Isaac Winston is a professional and very trustworthy. Every time I get service on my car, I request Isaac. He is very, kind, polite, respectful, and courteous. He provides a white glove service that I haven’t seen in a while. Very thorough and reassuring. For many years, I feared going to the dealership to get service on my vehicles, but you can trust Infiniti Scottsdale. The staff and leadership are trustworthy and transparent. Incredible service team. I want to thank Matthew Del Vecchio, my service advisor, and the mechanics working with him to diagnose problems, for being knowledgeable, and noticing exactly what was going on with my car. I'm always blessed that I have Infiniti of Scottsdale taking care of my car anytime anything is needed.

Exceptional level of care and service. This dealership and service department has set the bar far above and beyond anywhere else that I've done business. Thank you, Erik Leis and the service team, for taking excellent care of my car, fixing it without cutting corners, making sure that I always had a loaner, and for keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
