I bought a luxury car so I was hoping to get luxury service and support, I’m not. My car is completely broken due to mechanical issues, is a 2019 QX30 all services have been done at the dealership, I have been taking care of the car as I’m supposed to since day one. They already have a diagnosis on the car, the auxiliary battery has failed, it takes 7 to 10 days to get the parts they need.
