Service was courteous and quick considering the amount of vehicles in front of me.
This place made me waste my time made an appointment for a transmission fluid change and after waiting for 2 hours they came back to tell me that my drain pan was rusty that they didn't want to touch it. But they try to sell me brakes and other things. Never coming back.
The service guy was nice and informative however he never offered me the coupon for an oil change that could have saved me money. Instead I went on your site, screenshot and texted it to him. It was disappointing to hear 2 other service agent telling their customers. The video with the update on my vehicle was 2 secs and blank. The only response I got was the tech don’t know what happened.
Christine, my service advisor knew I was going to the airport after all picked up my car, so while I was paying she put my suitcases in my car, pulled it around and had it ready for me after i paid my bill. I was so appreciative!
