Went in for a simple $99 oil change and asked them to take a quick look at the front collision sensor. The place was almost empty, but it still took over 3 hours. I had to keep going up to the front desk just to get a status update, and every time I did, they conveniently said the car was “just finishing up” — and that it would be “2 more minutes.” That happened multiple times. I want to acknowledge Ian from the Service Department for assisting me in getting a prepaid service/maintenance contract for my 2022 QX80 SUV. He was very courteous and knowledgeable explaining the details of the contract with ease to my satisfaction, where I could understand what it entails. I will update my review in the future when my Infiniti is due for maintenance.
