The entire process was very simple and enjoyable. Transparency from beginning to end. Mark, Alex and Kelly were fantastic.
Nathan was amazing. Disappointed in the service department. I asked them to look at the pillar molding that we assumed had a broken clip as it would not stay against the frame. We were quoted $500 to replace the entire piece because the “clip” could not be ordered alone. We declined! I went on the Infiniti parts site and the clip was $2.30. As we looked further to order the correct clip, the clip was sitting inside the pillar and was not broken. We fixed it and saved $500. The service at Jack Hanania Xfinity is exceptional. I have a QX70 that they make sure runs to it’s maximum potential. Owners of QX70’s are very particular as this model was one if the best Xfinity’s ever. Eriel, the service processor and first person you meet is VERY professional and the best one I’ve met in 6 yesrs.
