Service here use to be really great but lately it has declined for me. They advise on recommended items I needed via a text and you give the approval immediately, I was told my vehicle was ready but the recommended services approved were not done and then they tell you that will be another 2-4 hour wait time. Service check-in desk person use to come and discuss recommended services with you and see if you wanted to have it done. So disappointed as I have been coming here since 2019 and purchased my vehicle here!
