Bought a vehicle from here a few years ago that day told us was not smoked in although it was smoked in. We had a o-zone machine ran through it, which helped a bit. Now a few years following, we book a full service appointment only to arrive to wait roughly 25 minutes after the scheduled time before someone from service spoke to us. Next they tell us they don’t do service on Saturdays, besides oil and tire rotation.
