Thanks again for another outstanding vehicle service. As always, you checked all the boxes, kicked all the tires, topped up all the fluids, and did all you could to keep the bill as low as possible. We received great service from Mark and the team at Infiniti of Newfoundland. We purchased our vehicle on Friday afternoon and they made an extra effort to facilitate pickup on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend Mark!
Service reps all great but once again had to join the long Nissan line for check-in (no separate Infiniti drop off like there used to be). This happens regularly lately. Loaner wasn’t ready. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to go get gas for it. No special treatment for Infiniti owners like there used to be. Unfortunate.
