Dealership is fantastic. Service department is great, kind, and knowledgeable. Just got my turbos and all hardware replaced here under warranty, completely free. Complimentary Infiniti loaner whilst it took a few days. Service and attention to customers needs are top notch. The pricing is pretty decent for wear and tear items here as well! I've had three different Japanese luxury car makes in my lifetime, Acura, Lexus, Infiniti. I own a very rare model with a hard top convertible. It's nothing short of my dream car. I have had to bring my car in for service twice. Mind you, I've become a big Nismo enthusiast, I've seen under the hood of GTRs and Skylines (not Godzilla, maybe someday), and I have acquaintances and a couple of buddies who know how they are built. Soo happy with my experience. There customer service is excellent! They were able to get me in the next day and did an great job on my car detailing ! Definitely recommend!
