If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and they left the cap loose on my oil and now my engine has run hot. They quote me an outrageous fee for the mechanics error. The black guy will give you the run around when you demand answers. I owned a Toyota and Honda before, Infiniti has the worst service I have experienced. It’s all a big money scam.
The service experience here was outstanding! Derrick and his team took care of a headlight replacement that I needed. Very professional and courteous.

Very good customer service and friendly Derrick was professional and knowledgeable and helpful. My was service in a timely manner. The Infiniti general manager Lidia was friendly and offered her assistance.
