We would have given them 5 stars if we would have met De'asa Gordon first. De’asa and Lydia, the manager deserve an award for their customer service —SINCERE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I picked up a 2023 QX55 for my Fiance at this location but we live in Jacksonville, Florida. By the time we reached home and gave the new car another detailed look we noticed that our driver side back seat floor mat was missing.
