I had been communicating with a salesman about a Q50. Decided to drive 85 miles to see the car only to find out it was sold. Not one time did he mention that someone else is interested in the car. I decided to test drive another Q50. This one did not have gas so I followed the salesman to another location so he can put a little bit of gas in it so I test drive the car. Their sales and financing staff exude trust, all my questions were answered and it is one of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership (I regard it somewhat like going to the dentist so that's a true compliment)!!
