Great customer service and real time communication
I agree with the review from Mike! I spent better part of a week putting together a deal on a $70k car. Talking to four different people; Janea, April, Roko/Dawarren, etc. in different capacities multiple times a day after I gave a deposit to secure the car. Waiting for the final official paperwork (the only thing I did receive was a cost/sales breakdown sheet, which was accurate) to wire the balance of the funds for the transaction, and waiting and waiting and waiting.
