Pleasant buying experience last year and am happy with the continued service from Infiniti of Lynnwood.
Just financed a Veloster N from them. Super friendly staff and quick finance process. They answer any questions and are quick to respond. Highly recommend going to them to get a car!
I applied for one vehicle, but the next day — when I had not asked them to continue — additional hard inquiries started appearing on my credit report, and they began trying to move me to a different vehicle that I never requested. Now I am left with 3 extra hard inquiries that I do not have the time or strong enough English to fight and remove. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. Be careful with this dealership and watch closely where they send your credit application.
