Exceptional serice
I had an appointment to test drive a car with Rey today. He said he would have the car ready for me. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment. I showed up at the scheduled time and Rey was off and the car had been sold. Nobody had notified me, horrible customer service.
I saw a truck this dealership was offering, unfortunately the timing did not work out to go forward with purchase. However the salesman, Victor Gutierrez was incredibly prompt, informative, and professional through the entire process. It made me feel bad thay I couldn't go forward with the purchase... I would definitely consider this dealership again in the future, if I have a need for a newer vehicle.
Infiniti of Lynnwood has provided excellent service for me over the past 8 years. The team is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Joel is especially great and always takes good care of everything. Highly recommend their service department.
