They did a great job
I had the most horrible experience with the advisor named Eric. I went in for a check engine light issue, which was caused by a misfire. Eric accused me of not maintaining my car. And when the diagnosis was complete, he returned with an estimate of $23,000 worth of repairs. He then attempted to charge me $497.00 for a diagnostic and $242.00 for an oil change that I had not approved. I did not buy this car from this dealer unfortunately but they treat me as if I did. Definitely recommend making an appointment but anytime I needed them, I was able to come in and they did their best to diagnose it same day. Even with Limited loaners they still make sure that I am able to get one as soon as possible once my vehicles in for service.
