3 months and counting, from top to bottom, worst customer service experience I’ve had in Lubbock. New 2026 QX-80 has been in their service department half a dozen times now and there are still issues. Staff is not friendly or well informed with corporate policy. The incompetence across the board is surprisingly bad with mechanics telling us to drive the vehicle while it’s stuck in four-wheel-drive and no software fixes after full dash replacement. Where do I begin this review? I dropped my car off at Infiniti of Lubbock in February and I just picked it up today. Over the last 6 months Erica in the service department was the most amazing, most accommodating and pleasant person to work with and it's because of her I will never do business with anyone else. Had to bring my car in for some transmission work and fighting with the warranty company was a train wreck, but Erica made it all run as smoothly as possible. Tanner Nelson was friendly, well informed and helpful in the purchase of my 2026 QX 60. The manager and finance man were helpful, honest and quick in their responses and paperwork.
If i could give 0 stars I would. My buddy and i drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. Abraham the salesman i was talking too failed to mention the vehicle i was interested in had a check engine light. And it was in terrible condition. All of this could have been avoided if he would've just mentioned it over the phone when we were talking about the vehicle a day ago. So yes that is why I would give them 0 stars. Because lack of communication and bad sales tactics to get me to drive 2 hours for nothing.
A BIG shoutout to Gabriel and Logan for making this purchase a success. Brand new, off the shelf and off the hook QX 65 drives as sweet as it looks - and it looks like a million bucks. Thank you McGavock Infiniti!
