Harte Infiniti is not a honest dealership Recently I had a problem with my G35X and brought it to Harte. Three days previous I had all the fluids checked and they put the car on a lift and showed be the fluids were crystal clear. The Mobil 1 that I brought it to did not even charge me for all that labor. When I brought it to Harte, the car needed bearings which were covered under the powertrain warranty. Hostage @ Garcia Infiniti- Garcia Automotive Group I emailed Garcia Infiniti (GI) in Nov 2010, with proof of maint., which they accepted & told me in person âInfiniti will honor your warrantyâ. An agreement was made then to work on my car. They called me later to inform me to bring in the orig. copies. I did this. They accepted the copies. Just what you'd expect I bought a used Infinity QX4 from the Toyota dealer in town . . . go figure. Took it for an oil change and service at Bradshaw. They do a great job, they are friendly and knowledgeable, and they try to do work in a timely fashion as much as possible. I thought the price was very high, but it is what I would expect from an Infinity dealership - it is not like I own a Kia or something! Beware fraudulent sales practices and subpar customer service We feel as if we have been lied to by omission by Infiniti Fresno and now we are not receiving the customer service we have come to expect from Infiniti as a company. We traded in our Infiniti for a new one after Ron called my husband to tell him that we could get a new car at zero cost to us, but a slightly higher monthly payment.
