The absolute worst experience of my life! I have never felt so ripped off and taken advantage of with a service shop. I brought my 2011 G37X in simply to get a quote on replacing my hood latch since it wouldn't open. I just had my oil changed and a full inspection 5 days prior and there were no serious mechanical issues and I made that crystal clear to them. This service center is what makes me love owning an Infiniti. Their valet service is top notch. Their customer service is by far the best around. Jeremy was wonderful, honest, and provided step by step details including a service video. I highly recommend this place to everyone that owns an Infiniti.
The sales rep we got was so rude they looked like he was annoyed the whole time he couldn’t even give us an estimate in the car or anything worst place to get your car don’t recommend
