This service center is what makes me love owning an Infiniti. Their valet service is top notch. Their customer service is by far the best around. Jeremy was wonderful, honest, and provided step by step details including a service video. I highly recommend this place to everyone that owns an Infiniti.
The sales rep we got was so rude they looked like he was annoyed the whole time he couldn’t even give us an estimate in the car or anything worst place to get your car don’t recommend
We were traveling thru Denver on our way to spend Christmas in the mountains. My QX 60 had been vibrating since I had 2 new tires put on. I had tires balanced again on our journey but it didn't fix it. I called the service department and Dominic booked me in for the next morning. I was brought back to the shop and was shown all the details of what was causing a problem with my car. Dominic got me a loaner and helped me empty my car and got us on our way. Highly recommend this service department.
We ended up having to get towed in after losing our only key fob from DIA. Jeremy went above and beyond to get our car in and out since we live 3 hours away. They squeezed us in, the estimate was spot on, they gave us a complimentary car wash and had us out at 5 as promised. Loved working with this team, highly recommend!
Brought my 02 i35 and they broke more stuff than they fixed. Do not recommend. These are not cars kids should be working on. Take the time or don't touch it.
