GM rude and insensitive. Appears to flow down to service reps. It’s a revolving door. Every time you come back for oil change someone’s gone… Wonder why? If they treat employees anything like they do a customer who spent $18000 plus and is without their vehicle over a month - go figure.

This dealership raises serious concerns about transparency when it comes to their USED VEHICLES. It has now been 10 days since the car I purchased from them has been sitting in the shop due to a failed turbo that needs to be completely replaced. WARNING: If you are considering buying a used car from this dealership, do so at your own risk. An extended warranty won’t change the fact that you could end up dealing with major mechanical failures immediately after purchase.
