Just brought a 2014 Lexus RX 350 from them. Didn’t realize to the next day, one of the screws that holds the back license plate on is broken off into the car. They attempted to use what I described as “bubble gum” to hold my license plate on one side! Once I realized it, I requested them to fix it which they said they would. It took them two days, me missing time off my job for a them to tell me they couldn’t fix it, it needs to go to the body shop. place is a scam and I wouldnt trust them. Very dishonest and try to charge for things that arent justified and making the car repair process extremely stressful. Highly not recommended. My service advisor Gab salavdor was the worst
