There for me when I needed them. I purchased my Q50 2nd hand from Infiniti of Cincinnati, and have had it mostly in service there. Always been satisfied with service - not cheap but feel that it gets done right. Today I drove in without appointment (usually scheduling two weeks out) as red warning light came on. They found a way to diagnose and fix the problem in less than thirty minutes. Great to know I will be safe on the road - particularly with long road trip tomorrow.
An absolutely horrible experience with the service department. I took my car in because when it rained, the passenger floor was soaked. The service advisor, Evan, contacted me back a day later and said my drain tube was clogged and needed to be replaced. Fair enough, but they also quoted almost $6000 in additional work - the drain tube was a $3200 job. I declined the other work, but had them take care of the sunroof leak. As a regular customer, I am never disappointed with the service team at Infiniti of Cincinnati. Barring minor hurdles with warranty items a few years back on my wife's QX, I have been completely satisfied with the work and attention to detail I've received from this dealer. For 2 years now, we have been a 2 infiniti family and are happy with that decision!
Great experience with oil change on Saturday. Thankyou for promptness and efficiency of getting oil changed. Great attitude of all staff. Friendly.
