Shady services. Push for unnecessary add ons.
We brought in our G35 Infiniti to get a recall done. Our vehicle is show car. It has 15,000 km in 20 years. Original everything including original windshield wiper fluid. We made the service guy do a walk around the car. He noted that there were no scratches, dinges on the car. When we returned to get our vehicle there was a huge scratch on the passenger door.
