Recently, I took my car in for an issue that had developed with my Rain sensor and as it turned out, a part needed to be replaced. It had to be ordered, but was placed on a rush basis. The part was received the next day and given prompt attention to make the repair. The rain sensor and wipers are now in sync once again and working properly. We had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle at Infiniti of Birmingham.
Excellent experience! Had a mechanical issue with my Ford Explorer and had taken car elsewhere for repair first and they were unable to fix. Brought it to Infiniti Bham since I personally know some folks there, and they figured out the problem quickly and solved it easily and at a good price. I didn't ever plan on servicing my Ford at an Infiniti dealership... But this experience turned them into my top choice to service my Explorer as I encounter new problems with it and with any brand car in the future!
They were so professional and displayed excellent response time. So grateful to work with such incredible humans!
