Well, I think I have tried every possible solution before coming here!! So I inquired about a vehicle this past week. They called next morning and sent me over pictures etc as I was out of state. After seeing walk around video I decided to move Foward. Everything up to this point was great! Customer service and communication with sales rep Brian was top notch. I did not purchase a vehicle from INFINITI of Akron, but felt compelled to leave a review. We were looking at vehicles at about eight different dealerships, and while we ended up finding the right vehicle elsewhere, our second choice would have been here. Siara was fantastic to work with, provided tons of detail and information (especially important for me as an out-of-town buyer), and the whole team was very accommodating and low-pressure. I highly recommend speaking to Siara if you're in the market for an INFINITI.
Online purchase out of state. Tough to really get a true observation but my salesman Mark made it as good as it can be. Answered questions and followed up on things. Ended up with a straight car and overall a good experience.
