Just got the car back after almost 2 months. Car won’t start! The transporter said he told the dealership but they just got a jump box. I attempted to call GM Mitch and of course he did what BO did!! No answer… lol save yourself the trouble and do not by a car from this place. If I could send it back I would but with already started making payments and then receiving there money it’s too late now! Going to see about trading it in on Monday! Loss for me for sure! Unfair people working here refusing to give me a loaner but they give their other customers loaners…this is discrimination
How can I say enough about these guys? Alan (sales), John (GM) and Logan (finance) all stayed late to get the deal done and save us having to drive an hr. to come back and pickup the vehicle. They worked a deal we all felt comfortable with, gave a fair offer on my trade-in, and were very accommodating on us having to come back for a second key fob. Sales Director Ron Bagley, is the absolute best. I called ahead of time to ask about test driving a car I was interested in, and he checked their inventory to confirm they still had the vehicle. I live an hour away so this was appreciated. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a nice women at the front desk who showed me to his office and offered me snacks and beverages.
