Hi, I have QX60 infinity financed from North Van Nissan. Its been three days trying to contact one of the financed department!! I left msgs with my Name and phone number, but no one replied!??? I don't think it's a good customer service after sale.
Parts advisors need to be trained better on good customer service.

DILAWRI INFINITI North Vancouver sold us a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on May 5, 2024, and it was nothing but a junk car! On top of that, they sold us a $2500 warranty, claiming it was the best protection. Turns out, this warranty is not recognized by Hyundai and is essentially just a useless piece of paper.
