DILAWRI INFINITI North Vancouver sold us a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on May 5, 2024, and it was nothing but a junk car! On top of that, they sold us a $2500 warranty, claiming it was the best protection. Turns out, this warranty is not recognized by Hyundai and is essentially just a useless piece of paper. They sold us a car that was broken from the start — a faulty car that should never have been sold to anyone. A few months later, the car started accelerating on its own and had constant issues. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS – YOUR SAFETY IS AT RISK! On May 5, 2024, we purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from DILAWRI INFINITI North Vancouver. At the time of purchase, we were strongly encouraged to add an AVANTAGUARD Warranty for an additional $2500. We trusted the dealership and paid for this warranty. What happened next was beyond unacceptable. The so-called "warranty" they sold us turned out to be completely useless – Hyundai itself does NOT recognize it, nor have they even heard of this company.
