I was originally seen & was very happy with my assessment appointment. I was then scheduled in for injections in my SI at their other clinic. When I was given my appointment time & date, I showed up 30 minutes early, as I was unsure of the second clinics location. When I arrived, I was told that I could not get the injections done because I did not have a driver with me.
