Infiniti Labs has horrendous customer service and shady business practices. The customer service rep I spoke to after they billed me over $800 out of pocket for a routine urine sample was the rudest and most unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered.
Unorganized, sent me a bill that I wasn't meant to receive. Update: spoke to someone named Gilda Vasquez. She was incredibly rude, condescending, refused to resolve the issue.
I see why the reviews are low. Just unprofessional smh.
