My business had dealings with Mario in parts department, he was completely incompetent and unprofessional. Would not recommend Infiniti based on their employees.
I would not recommend this company. They do not deliver what they promise. They do not care about doing a good job. The sales people are nice but the Mgr does not care about satisfaction. Bought used lift estimated delivery 2/15/2020. Delivered 6/5/2020, with no seat belt, broken lenses, dirty coolant, check engine light on. Then gets mad at me for not paying balance until repairs are made.( $10,000 OSHA fine driving with no seat belt) Told me to keep the money he does not want to be bothered.
