Brought my G37 to find a rattle in the undercarriage I've been chasing for 2 yrs. Service manager Chi told me he'd charge an hr to diagnose it. Took them a little longer but only charged me an hr true to his word. Was the sway bar and I fixed myself. Excellent service thank u guys.
Great place wonder customer service
I brought my QX60 in to Royal Oak Infiniti to get a dashboard warning light indicator and an occasional abnormal engine sound diagnosed. They billed for 2 hours(!!!) of diagnostic time to tell me that the engine oil was very dirty and hadn’t been changed for 30000 km. Additionally they said that the engine was probably starting to fail and needs replacement, likely due to the long gap in oil services.
