Mark, also known as Marcus is unprofessional and unreliable for any home construction needs. The quality of his workmanship is poor just like his Business Ethics. Always asking for money and the job remains incomplete. He's quick to say he has no records of or history working with a customer when in fact he just doesn't want to own up to scamming you as a client. Be careful doing business with this contractor. No stars should be an option for this business rating.
Would give less if i could. Roof left with paper and starter shingles after 3 years. Will not return calls. Left shingles and paper for another project on .y property and refused to pick that up. But when you come to collect money to go on vacation that should have been a hint. If you know the stress of going thru huricane season again with no roof you would understand the frustration
