Worst Infiniti service department. JASON isn’t trustworthy and he’s a liar. Over charged parts and labor due to me using warranty… 5,500$ for 1x rack and pinion (not including labor) for 2018 Q60? Unfortunately, my experience with this Infiniti dealership has been extremely disappointing. I took delivery of my new QX65 on September 15, and just a few days later, I discovered that the trunk would not close properly on the left side and appeared to be misaligned. Horrible customer service waited to hear back from them for over 2 weeks absolutely horrible customer service I called again and they said they would call me back that day and still nothing definitely wouldn’t recommend them
This has been the best service experience, the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Everything was seamless. Will Polanco and his team were the best, they went above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to coming back!
