I own infinity Q60 Recently went down to the spare part I really like their perfect customer service. Specially the Spanish guy he seats there who is served me kindly and I asked him too many questions actually and peace of advise. keep it up buddy👍
I wish I could leave less than a 1 star review. I recieved the worst customer service when it came to ordering parts for my car. A man named Teza. He needs to be properly trained on how to treat his customers, absolutely appalling. I called numerous times to let him know I did not recieve the payment details to purchase the parts, he ignored and didn't bother to find a different alternative for sending payment details. He is short tempered and complained that I called numerous times, and he also said that he is "too busy to ... read more
