DO NOT buy any infiniti vehicles my brand new QX80 has been beoken since day one and they can’t fix it. They will not compensate their customers in any way and the customer care agent hung up on me in the middle of the call. If they tell you they’ll call back it’s never happening. They’ll just drag it for a long time and mysteriously non of the people working on your case are available ever. Keep in mind this is a 120,000 dollars car. You’d expect they treat you well at least.

Inifiniti, is really a luxury vehicle and the service so far has been outstanding.
Known issue with turbos in Q50 and other models- rec’d from them an extended warranty due to issue, took car in due to known problem. Service at dealer took 15 days before even looking at it refused to do the warranty work. Escalated to President of Nissan Canada with a detailed count of issue, received a form letter response declining to do the work under warranty. The worst company unreliable unprofessional and dishonest. NEVER buy an Infiniti or Nissan product.
I have leased three Infiniti QX60s myself, and my close friend has leased five QX60s as well. We’ve been loyal supporters of Infiniti for years. But this time, I’m truly disappointed with the lease-end customer service. Even a simple question like whether I should reinstall the all-season tires or just place them in the car at return couldn’t be answered clearly — the representative had to check back and forth and seemed totally untrained.
