I was driving all the way from San Francisco because the dealership in Serramonte center was not providing reasonably service times for simple things like pull change. Once had great service here for about 2 years.... Then today. I booked an appointment for a simple alignment. Service appointment said it would be taken care of in 2 hrs. Day of I check in they said 2 hrs. Almost 3 hrs later, my car is still sitting in the same spot, no one had worked on it.
