Hi Stan I like to complement you on your quality of costumer service with your prompt quotation and with you working around my FIFO roster 👍 All workmanship is of high quality and even though you had a man down with covid you finished the whole house installation on time 😁 Overall I give you 10 out of 10 for quality of material used, customer service, communication, turnaround time, price and most of all your friendly service. I would highly recommend anyone looking for air conditioning please give Stan a call !
Product was ok, but the communication from this company has been absolutely appalling. Nearly all of my contact with the company from day one was emails and follow up calls just to get a response from them. I have been waiting for them to come back out and look at my unit as I believe it has a fault but again no contact and i have more or less just given up.
Not happy with the service, poor customer service and still have many issues with their service and the director manager is very irresponsible.
