Do not bother coming in if you're struggling with infertility. Very insensitive and a complete waste of time. Just go straight to a fertility clinic. First visit there, I cried, because, duh, I'm struggling with not having a baby and the doctor acts shocked and asks me, "What are you crying for?" which just made me feel like I was being ridiculous and I had to shut down emotions. Place is a joke, they pick and choose who gets seen quickly and who has to wait, they create issues if you forget one of their names and then act like they don’t know you when pappi prophet gets hurt that he’s not first place in everyone’s mind.
Medical assistant Stephany has horrible people skills. The rest of the MAs here don’t seem to like their job very much because they are always just goofing around in the back. Had to remind them that there was no room left in the window for my urine cup. When taking my weight they just wrote whatever they want. Also, no kids allowed .
My appt its 10 and its 11:45 and still waiting this ridiculous
