Carla and her knowledge of the corrective exercises for my bone on bone knees has been phenomenal. I went from severe knee pain towards the end of each day to doing a 3 mile run every other day. I started with her in June, 2021 and won't be stopping anytime soon. I highly recommend her if you want to get your life back!!
