I went in there to get a new vaporizer, because the USB port on mine would no longer charge. My vaporizer also has a removable battery. And the guy behind the counter was like, why buy new vaporizer just buy a battery charger. So I got an extra battery in a 2 Port charger for less than half the cost of a new vaporizer. I call that great customer service.
