Encountered staff that was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate and courteous. Facility is clean, easy to locate, and there is plenty of accessible parking. Previously told by another medical office, my medical insurance would not provide the coverage needed, for custom shoe inserts. Same coverage but different outcome at this office, due to staff being knowledgeable about my coverage and requirements for billing purposes.
