The service was unacceptable. Had the appointment to be fitted for AFO brace. The tech ran my insurance told me what price to pay and could take up to 6 weeks to receive the brace. Called the payment in and I noticed that they never deducted the amount from my debt account. Tried to call them and kept getting voicemail. Finally, got the rep and asked why they didn’t process the payment. She said oh we waiting on insurance….ok, the technician did all that. What’s the hold up?! Told me to call back. I am writing this review for the Loudoun County office for Infinite Technologies. I have nothing but high praise for the staff at the Loudoun office. Hans is spectacular, he has been working with me for well over two years. He has gone above and beyond with getting me the correct fitting socket. His encouragement and patience are never ending and has given me the self confidence to progress to a more independent level of mobility.
