The service was unacceptable. Had the appointment to be fitted for AFO brace. The tech ran my insurance told me what price to pay and could take up to 6 weeks to receive the brace. Called the payment in and I noticed that they never deducted the amount from my debt account. Tried to call them and kept getting voicemail. Finally, got the rep and asked why they didn’t process the payment. She said oh we waiting on insurance….ok, the technician did all that. What’s the hold up?! Told me to call back.
