They are a two in one affordable counseling and infinite possibilities. I've reached out several times this past month seeking help call and email. I received a call back once more than 2 weeks after I left a message. I returned the phone call a few days later and still haven't received a follow up. I understand being busy but it doesn't take 2 weeks to return a call it doesn't even take more than three business days to return a call. If you are really seeking help go elsewhere! If I could give zero stars, I would. After reaching out to this clinic for an inquiry, I was told that my daughter would not be offered counseling services without a letter from her father. Because we are a split household and we share medical decision making on our parenting plan, "it's against the law" to provide services. If this were the case, why hasn't EVERY medical provider my daughter has seen asked for this information or even asked if there is a parenting plan in place.
