I was desperately looking for a mental health therapist and I found you! Sharonda you have an amazing staff of therapists! The progress I have made is because of you!
I've have had a great experience at this clinic, both counselors I have seen are understanding and helpful. A missed appointment was met with a reminder (no fee) and they were able to get me an appointment within a week of calling.
Really helpful while you are seeing them with good people. It seems to be mostly student based and the levels of experience vary depending on the person. However when they reference you out to seek help from someone else because they are ill-equipped, they give you a list of places and promise to help place you. All lies. They give you a half assed list from their extensive "database", that looks to be pulled from places near by, none of which meet any requirements given, and then they ghost you when you try to reach out.
