Really helpful while you are seeing them with good people. It seems to be mostly student based and the levels of experience vary depending on the person. However when they reference you out to seek help from someone else because they are ill-equipped, they give you a list of places and promise to help place you. All lies. They give you a half assed list from their extensive "database", that looks to be pulled from places near by, none of which meet any requirements given, and then they ghost you when you try to reach out. They are a two in one affordable counseling and infinite possibilities. I've reached out several times this past month seeking help call and email. I received a call back once more than 2 weeks after I left a message. I returned the phone call a few days later and still haven't received a follow up. I understand being busy but it doesn't take 2 weeks to return a call it doesn't even take more than three business days to return a call. If you are really seeking help go elsewhere!
