Dr Ly diagnosed my husband with Parkinson’s 13 years ago and he has been under his care since that time. We have found Dr Ly to be a most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring person, with great attention to detail. We have great confidence in him and feel lucky to be under his care. There is no difficulty in obtaining an earlier appointment if necessary and the Reception staff are friendly, competent and caring. We would highly recommend this practice.
Emailed requesting the earliest available neuro appointment – made it quite urgent given my previous appointment at an adjacent clinic was cancelled. Attached referral, Medicare, and patient info. No reply despite bumping and re-forwarding. They don’t seem to care.
My mum have went to see Dr Yong Lee today for 1st time for her long term nerve pain issue. She has received very helpful suggestion from Dr Lee and she is so helpful that she met such a kind hearted and knowledgeable specialist. Also very nice reception ladies very welcome attitude.
Please don’t ever go here, super unprofessional, rude to customers, charging way too much, not contactable via phone, email or in person. If you want a horrible experience go here
