Judith has been such a wonderful person to discover, and I recommend reaching out to her if you're thinking about making a change in your underlying beliefs, and/or life direction. Over just a short timespan, I've experienced substantial relief from underlying trauma and feel like an upgraded version of myself. Judith was an amazing resource after years of traditional talk therapy that did not get me to the place I needed to be. I've struggled my entire life with anxiety, and she was able to go so much deeper and change the points of view that were leading to much of my pain. I really can't thank Judith enough for the change in my life since our sessions. The initial reason was for career coaching. When she asked if it would be possible to keep the aspects of my work that were enjoyable and let go of those that were extremely frustrating I immediately said "No! Judith has been such a positive person in my life. Her mindfulness coaching has enabled me to learn and maintain healthy coping strategies to deal with behaviors and anxieties that were no longer serving me. These skills that I've learned will be with me for life. I have benefited so much from my sessions with Judith that I sent my children to see her also.
