I highly recommend! Judith is an incredible therapist/life coach - her therapy has helped me so much - she provides a comprehensive therapy which includes some of the basic psychological fundamentals that explains how and why we have been conditioned to behave in a certain way as well as accountability. it has been such an amazing eye opening experience and awakening.
Judith has been such a wonderful person to discover, and I recommend reaching out to her if you're thinking about making a change in your underlying beliefs, and/or life direction. Over just a short timespan, I've experienced substantial relief from underlying trauma and feel like an upgraded version of myself. She also offered incredibly helpful and personalized insights that are serving as transformative stepping stones for me.
Judith was an amazing resource after years of traditional talk therapy that did not get me to the place I needed to be. I've struggled my entire life with anxiety, and she was able to go so much deeper and change the points of view that were leading to much of my pain. I really can't thank Judith enough for the change in my life since our sessions. The initial reason was for career coaching. When she asked if it would be possible to keep the aspects of my work that were enjoyable and let go of those that were extremely frustrating I immediately said "No!
