They were unavailable and could not get an appointment, we got service from compassionate hands who were in contact by call or texting. There is also another veterinary Dr. Osbourne I think who was quick at responding and available after hours.
Amanda is amazing and truly gifted in making this hard time as peaceful as possible. She was so good with our sweet Charlie girl and treated her so gently and with so much compassion and love. As heartbreaking and hard as this time was we know we made the right decision and having Amanda help us go through this was the best thing we could have done for our sweet Charlie. Amanda is truly phenomenal at what she does. I cannot even begin to thank her enough for all she did for us. Dr. Amanda is the most caring vet I have ever encountered. She helped my baby cross the rainbow bridge and was so gentle with him and gentle with my family. Thank you Dr. Amanda for getting me and my boy through a very painful time. You have a beautiful soul god bless you.
