I had a phone call with Dr. Kat and she gave a lot of great advice about what I’m going through and explained what she does for people. She was very open and honest and gave no kind of pressure to use her services. Genuinely felt like she just wanted to help!

Dr. Kat Ogar is great! I went to see her for some minor negative changes in my health as well as anxiety. Also to try to balance hormones. She took the time to really listen to all my concerns. During the free consultation she also gave some recommendations like a breathing exercise. When we met, I left with more recommendations to improve my health.
