I hired Jose to do the asbestos removal from the 1912 character home. Pros: Gave a fair estimate Came on time, went a few days over the estimated time, but it was not a big deal Cons: did not check or did walk through after the job was completed. There were some remains of asbestos in a few places. He did say they can come remove it later, but my drywaller was already doing the work so he removed it. Charged $500 over the quote. The best part is that the same crew can address multiple issues - prep the space, remove cabinets, clean up asbestos, eliminate mould and prep the floor for subsequent work.
