Been here twice with my brother, booked an appt. came in at that scheduled time and both times we get told they double-booked themselves. and to come back at a later time as soon as we walk in. Very unprofessional and they don’t respect peoples times. the first time we were understanding but to do it again?! I would at least appreciate to contact your next clients prior to coming in to avoid confusion and wasting people times 🤦♀️
I really like this barbershop because they are friendly, clean, pay attention to detail, and take their time. They provide great service!
