Took my money and ran.
I have been charged for an order both in December and in January for product that was never received. The phone number on the website is no longer a working number.
This is a new review for a purchase on 11/29/24. I placed the order on that date. The purchase confirmation had this message "We have received your order, and our team of chemists are formulating your products right now." You should receive your shipment confirmation shortly." The next communication I received was on 1/10/25 (6 weeks later) saying the order had shipped. Hardly a short period of time. Three days before I had left to for our Winter home.
